World AIDS Day 2026
Tuesday 1st December 2026 marks the 38th annual 'World AIDS Day'.
World AIDS Day is an international day of remembrance and support for those people who have lost their lives to, and for those people living with, HIV/AIDS.
World AIDS Day is held on 1 December each year observed in over 120 countries worldwide.
World AIDS Day, and the events and activities in the week leading up to it, aim to raise awareness in the community about HIV and AIDS, including the need for support and understanding for people living with HIV and AIDS, and the need for education and prevention initiatives.
